COVID-19 UPDATE
Hi everyone!
In addition to the strict infection control measures we have always had in place, we are:
Getting all our patients to fill out a COVID-19 questionnaire and taking temperatures to ensure that we are guiding those at higher risk to COVID-19 testing centres rather than our practice.
Limiting your interpersonal contact by only allowing one patient or household in the practice at a time – we will be locking the door behind you and leaving a sign for patients to call us instead of entering the practice.
Leaving time between appointments to minimise interpersonal contact and to allow additional full wipe down of the practice including the reception area after each patient.
Donning our masks and safety glasses when we are unavoidably working within the 1.5 metre social distancing zone.
Placing a clear barrier in reception to help prevent direct aerosol transmission.
Your health and safety is of the utmost importance to us, so we do understand if you still feel uncomfortable venturing out to see us, please do not feel pressured.
